Class details

Praying Mantis Kung Fu is the apex of traditional fighting styles from China. Created approximately 350 years ago after a Monk was inspired by the movements of the victorious praying mantis. From studying the praying mantis, he then created twelve principle methods of attack and defence.

STM Kung Fu classes will cover:

– Traditional fighting techniques and tactics eg, footwork, kicking, striking & throwing.

– Physical conditioning

– Fight IQ: understanding principles, strategies, tactics, and theories.

– Traditional weapon training
