MAXIMUM EFFORT POINTS WORKOUT (MEPS)

During all workouts, our technology allows you to see the amount of calories being burned alongside your heart rate via our T.V. screens! These screens also show your MEP points, which creates motivation through some friendly competition!

This workout will definitely get the best out of you, and we are sure you will be back for more because it’s just so addictive!
