Our classes are designed to help you maximize you fat burning. High Intensity Interval training has been proven to boost fat burning for up to 30 hours after the work out is done.
MUSCLE MAN / WOMAN
You will never repeat the same program twice. Muscle confusion has been proven to be the best and fastest way to build lean muscle mass, while avoiding plateaus. Sandro Mota (founder of S.T.M. fit) has proved that his method works, by getting 2nd place on the NZ IFBB Physique competition. He achieved an impressive 4% body fat, and increased his lean muscle mass by 30% in only 5 weeks of preparation. All this was achieved with the same principles we use in our classes.
All our workout programs are adaptable! Our trainers will always find a way to replace your “no can do” exercise with another suitable choice. We stay away from the HIGH IMPACT exercises, and minimize the chance of injury by avoiding power weight lifting and any complicated styles.
